I read the reviews, and frankly, what the heck are you people thinking. This place is EXACTLY what I wanted, and what I signed up for, and what I paid for! It was the least expensive, centrally located, option in Pittsburgh during graduation weekend. All other options were 2x, 3x, 4x, or more in price!!! All I wanted was a clean place to stay. I was going to be gone all day for the graduation. Yes, it was dilapidated and run down, but for me, in my room, everything I needed worked fine. There was a clean bed, lights, a table to work at, the sink and shower and toilet worked fine - and most importantly, it's the BEST internet I've had at any hotel. You just log in, and it works, and no expiration, pass codes, low throttling, etc. They just gave me the WiFi login, and it worked, and it auto connected for my entire stay. Also, the desk lady was super nice and helpful. I got to the hotel late, about 11:30 pm, after three flights cross country. She opened up for me special, so I could sign in, and she was friendly and super helpful. This was a great place for the price. I think it's ridiculous that people reserve the CHEAPEST HOTEL IN THE CITY, and then complain that it doesn't look like an expensive hotel. Cleanliness is the ONE thing I care about the most, and my room was clean. I am thankful that there was an inexpensive place for me to stay, and the rest of you should knock it off. Go spend more money somewhere else, but don't give this place a bad review. They deserve high reviews for delivering EXACTLY what they advertise, the best price in town!

I don't know about the other rooms, but the room that I stayed is 249 and that is so good. We had a very budget friendly room for this night. So people are coming to visit the temple nearby like the Pittsburg Temple. This would be the best place to stay in the budget friendly way. and even the service was also very friendly, the Friend was very polite.

I've stayed in many hotels and the people who own this facility and also the employees are the most helpful and kind you can possibly meet. Rooms are well kept and the rates are a real bargain. I highly recommend staying here.

My stay was very comfortable. Hilltop is a no frills comfortable hotel that is a great value for the price. The customer service was great, booking was easy, and the beds are comfortable and clean. I highly recommend to anyone who wants an affordable hotel experience conveniently located to all major areas of the Pittsburgh metro. Also they are family owned and operated and are very pleasant to deal with. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
